By using Flownux, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Service Description
Flownux is an AI-powered assistant platform providing search, content generation, workflow automation, and app building capabilities. The service is currently in beta and features may change.
2. Account & Access
You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. During alpha/beta phases, access may be restricted to invited users.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: use the service for illegal activities, attempt to bypass rate limits or security measures, share your account credentials, use automated tools to scrape or abuse the service, upload malicious content.
4. Billing & Credits
Some features consume credits. Credit costs are displayed before use. Purchased credits are non-refundable except as required by law. Subscription plans auto-renew unless cancelled.
5. Intellectual Property
Content you create using Flownux belongs to you. You grant us a limited license to process your content to provide the service. The Flownux platform, code, and branding remain our intellectual property.
6. Limitation of Liability
Flownux is provided "as is" during beta. We are not liable for data loss, service interruptions, or AI-generated content accuracy. We recommend backing up important data regularly.
